BNP Partners says it has instigated a recruitment campaign that will source personnel for its expansion into ASEAN countries.
City, State, Country., October 8, 2015 – (PressReleasePoint) -Shanghai, China-based boutique brokerage and wealth manager, BNP Partners has confirmed it has launched a recruitment drive intended to source personnel for three new offices in the ASEAN region after receiving the green light from financial services regulators in parts of Asia.
The campaign will initially focus on the professional staff with the company seeking equity, fixed income and commodity analysts as well as portfolio managers and client-facing advisers.
Gerald E. Powers, Chief Investment Officer at BNP Partners explained,
“With the best will in the world, this is going to be a challenging undertaking. One of the reasons we weren’t happy to expand into ASEAN through the acquisition of existing players was the dearth of what we consider to be suitably qualified personnel that could perform to the high standards we hold ourselves to here at BNP Partners.”
