At the Recruiter Awards last night, Charles Hunter Associates won the award for the Most Effective Compliance Operation. It’s our first award as a business, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to be recognised for something which we place so much importance on.
As a specialist recruiter, we have an obligation to promote and advocate the industry we serve. What’s more, when it comes to social care recruitment, there is a huge responsibility to safeguard the vulnerable adults and children that your workforce care for.
There has never been a more important need for recruiters to adopt the most stringent and thorough compliance processes. The demand for capable and available social workers and care staff is at its highest. With the pressure that social care organisations are under to fill these gaps comes the reliance and need to ensure agencies in this market sector have completed safeguarding and compliance above the minimum requirements.
