Holmes Noble Speakes of Ambition

Amy Speake has been promoted to business development director across Holmes Noble’s three offices, with a remit to drive revenue growth and help to fulfil the executive search specialist’s ambitions.

A partner in the company since she re-joined Holmes Noble in 2015, Ms Speake came from Berwick Partners (an Odgers Berndtson company) where she co-led the energy practice. In this role she was responsible for improving and building contacts through a number of networking ventures at the forefront of the industry, and was also directly involved in recruitment at a senior level.

amy speake headshotAmy had previously spent a number of years leading the energy and utilities practice for Holmes Noble. It was here that Amy developed innovative procedures which improved the company’s outlay and building a strong reputation for winning and filling senior level mandates.

In her new position, she will drive the company’s growth of its search business portfolio, increase its brand awareness and ensure Holmes Noble continues to expand its market presence.

She will continue to report to Holmes Noble CEO Michelle Carson-Williams, who commented:

Amy has a fantastic track record in this area and her appointment will allow others to focus on operational areas.
