Interview with IMR Executive: Mobile recruitment requires a leap of faith

Director of digital employment agency, Ross Wellby, reveals how brands are keen to adopt the technology and what key innovations have been witnessed.

ME’s third Top 50 Mobile Innovators event takes place on September 18th, and we revealed this year’s winners a few weeks ago.

The project was launched in 2011 to cheer on the brilliant work and imagination of the UK’s mobile businesses, and digital recruitment agency IMR Executive has joined in with our celebrations for the third time.

The company launched in 2004 to solely address the mobile content marketplace, making senior hires for firms operating in advertising, games, marketing, music, TV and more.

We spoke to Ross Wellby, director of IMR Executive, ahead of the night to find out how the market has changed and what clients are doing to succeed in the digital space.
