IRP Awards 2016 Recognise and Reward Excellence in Recruitment

In a ceremony hosted this evening by Sky News presenter Dermot Murnaghan at Westminster’s Park Plaza Hotel, the REC’s Institute of Recruitment Professional (IRP) Awards celebrated all things great about recruitment, with agencies and individuals being recognised by the industry’s professional body.

Now in their eight year, the annual IRP Awards aims to raise awareness of recruitment excellence, with companies and individuals being celebrated as the best of the best and rewarded for setting the bar for all recruitment professionals to aspire to.

Kevin Green, Chief Executive of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation, said:

“Tonight’s winners deserve a huge amount of credit and can be held up as the leading lights within recruitment. We know that recruiters transform lives, and the companies and individuals showcased this year demonstrate the full value that our industry delivers every day.

“Every year the calibre of entries to the IRP Awards gets better and better. All of those shortlisted should be proud of their work. This helps the REC promote standards and professionalism in recruitment to employers, stakeholders and policy makers.”
