X4 Group Makes it to the Top of the Recruiter Fast 50 list

X4 Group, a recruitment agency specialising in Technology, Life-Sciences, Engineering and Construction has made it to 1st place for the fastest Growing IT, Engineering & Pharma recruitment agency in the UK, coming 4th overall. Every year the Recruiter compiles a list of the most successful recruitment agencies in the UK and being the X4 Group’s first year on the list, making it in the top 5 is a huge achievement.

With annual revenues of more than £15 million last year, X4 Group – which was founded in 2008 by Peter Rabey, Glenn Norris and Mike Norris has become one the fastest growing and most successful recruitment agencies in the UK.

Going from just 4 employees back in 2011 to 85 at the beginning of 2017, the company continues to grow rapidly. In the last 12 months there have been 2 new UK offices open as well as their first international office in New York.

Director Glenn Norris comments:

Although this is the latest recognition of X4 Group’s success and professional excellence, in the last 12 months the company has also been accredited ‘extraordinary’ by The Sunday Times 2017 survey, as well as shortlisted for Recruiters Investing in Talent Awards and the 2016 IRP Awards for Best Workplace Environment.
