Recruitment Services who predict that UK employers will have to radically change the way they hire talent in 2016, and will also have to invest more in specialist recruitment to ensure they remain fully staffed and able to grow.
According to Expectations! Recruitment Services, UK employers are set to face a unique set of challenges next year, which are frequently at odds with expected international trends. While a survey by LinkedIn posed that internationally, quality and speed of hire and employer branding will be top priority for businesses; in the UK, Expectations! own client studies reveal that current market conditions mean some of these options will simply not be available to UK businesses.
