£3m Turnover for Recruitment Business in First Year of Trading

Recruitment company, Farley & Jones Recruitment Ltd, excels in its first year of business with a £3m turnover and sights set on £10m for 2020.

The business has experienced a great deal of expansion since it was established and began its partnership with finance provider, Skipton Business Finance, in 2018. In this period, the business has seen a turnover of £3m in its first year and has increased its employee numbers from three, to 15 staff members spread between its offices in Tamworth, Corby, and Rugby.

In addition to this success, Farley & Jones are celebrating a record week of £168,000 in turnover last week.  Billy Farley, Managing Director and co-founder of Farley & Jones, said:

“Since we established the business in 2018, we have experienced rapid growth in employees, locations and turnover,”

“Our partnership with Skipton has allowed us to expand at a very fast rate since establishment and within this period we have developed a great working relationship with them.” Mr Farley added.

The business now has offices in Corby and Rugby and has recently landed a large household courier as an on-site provider. The business is now aiming for a turnover of £10-12m next year, after a successful first year and is looking to keep expanding, with the potential of looking for a fourth location in 2020.

Speaking of the future of the business, Mr Farley said:

“We want to continue expanding in the industry, priding ourselves in bringing a young and vibrant energy to the recruitment industry.”
