Acre Recruitment Opens New York Office & Hires New USA Managing Director


Acre are delighted to announce that they have opened a brand new office in New York.

This opening is the culmination of 18 months of determined business development from London, alongside increasing demand from European clients seeking help with US based assignments.

In addition, Gerardo Suarez joins Acre as Acre’s Managing Director, USA. Gerardo has extensive international recruitment and business growth experience, having been a Director of Michael Page’s German business for 5 years, followed by building and leading Proco Global in the USA and Mexico.

Gerardo is joined in New York by Catherine Harris, one of Acre’s most experienced recruiters within the Sustainability Executive Search market place, and Sofia Benmouffok who joins Acre from Pacific International. Sofia has experience of recruiting on both the East and West Coasts and will focus on the Energy, CleanTech and Responsible Investment markets. The New York team will also continue to be supported in London by Michael Kelsall who is focused on the senior EHS recruitment market. In addition Michael will develop Acre’s Talent Assessment product in the USA, Acre Frameworks.
