Better Access to Executive Coaches Via Not Actively Looking


Not Actively Looking is launching a new service that will make it easier for senior executives to find qualified executive coaches. The international marketplace of executive coaches, previously visible only to executive members of the Not Actively Looking (NAL) platform, will now be available to anyone visiting the site, along with a range of career transition services to be provided by NAL.

For coaches, being part of the Not Actively Looking marketplace means exposure to a high-end, target audience, where the senior executive membership has an estimated combined earning of some $15Bn.

At a time of increased executive mobility, Not Actively Looking has broadened its offering to senior executives by developing a range of services to help senior executives considering career transition. The full range of career transition services is available to executives globally.

Today, the company is the only international marketplace for senior executive career services. Any executive visiting its website can find – and get in contact with – selected executive coaches, sign up for its popular Career Transition Review and access a host of other career services at the click of a button.

Not Actively Looking members also have access to its Career Management Portal. As well as making valuable search firm connections, senior executives who register on the system can access a wealth of categorised career related content, attend regular webinars and access the selected directory of executive coaches to help them in all aspects of career management.
