June marks the 12 year anniversary of Dorset based recruitment agency; Bond Williams Professional Recruitment and they have reported their most successful year yet. Over the past 12 years they have expanded into 4 specialist divisions (Accounting & Finance, IT, HR and Office & Commercial), serving both clients and candidates throughout the south coast region.
September 2015 was their most successful month to date (May 2016 was a close second), placing more people into new jobs than any other month in their history, a 13% increase on their previous high. 2015 also saw the agency shortlisted as finalists in the ‘Best Company To Work For’ category at the IRP Awards. Senior Recruitment Consultant, Suzanne Sherriff was also in the honours as a finalist in the category of ‘Temporary Consultant of the Year 2015.’
After a period of great growth over past five years their new website was launched reflecting an evolved corporate identity which also coincided with the company’s rebrand. Claire Bond, Director at Bond Williams, says:

In July of last year Bond Williams reported positive feedback from Jobsite – the award winning UK job search site, and were ranked number three out of 206 agencies in the UK based on a feedback system which enabled candidates to comment on their experience with various recruitment agencies.
