Candidate.ID, Glasgow-based ‘global recruitment technology start-up of the year 2019’, has rebuilt it’s talent pipeline automation product, making it simpler to use by recruiters and recruitment marketing experts.
The update provides enhanced candidate searching and a single login and easy integration with ATSs and HR suites.
As well as campaigns, emails and text messages can also now be sent as single activity and businesses can separate their business functions into multiple, separate pipelines.
Other enhancements include:
- Greater collaboration: If a recruiter has found a candidate that a colleague will like then they can share that person. Their colleague will be notified in real-time.
- Enhanced job management function: Once a candidate is ready-to-hire, you can then add them to the requisition and manage them through the job funnel with the benefit of auto-scheduling tools.
- Improved candidate searching: Search and segment candidates by job and location criteria that updates in real-time, including postcode search.

Candidate.ID has recently launched a free CRM function and comes weeks after crowdfunding investment into Candidate.ID. Investment into Candidate.ID in 2019 has exceeded £1m.
Candidate.ID customers include Capita, Nationwide, Specsavers and Thermo Fisher Scientific. Candidate.ID was crowned winner of the renowned 2019 Recruiting Technology Startup Awards in San Francisco in March. It was also the winner of the global recruitment start-up competition at UNLEASH World Conference, the world’s biggest HR event, in October 2018.
