Celtic Manor Resort Selects Cornerstone to Revolutionise


Cornerstone OnDemand, a global leader in cloud-based learning and human capital management software, today announced that Celtic Manor Resort has selected the Cornerstone Human Capital Management (HCM) platform to digitally transform the organisation, evolve its talent management strategy and establish an employee-centric experience.

Celtic Manor is an independent, family-owned resort set in 2,000 acres of rolling Welsh countryside. The resort is renowned as one of Europe’s finest golf, spa and business destinations and has played host to a variety of world-class events including the NATO Summit 2014, the 2010 Ryder Cup, Polo at the Manor, the Celebrity Cup and many more.

Digitisation is one of Celtic Manor Resort’s key business goals and the HR department plays a huge part in helping the company achieve their objective of transforming the company. Born and bred in Wales, Nathan is as Welsh as they come – living in the heart of the Valleys, Nathan proudly takes place as our resident Welsh speaker. However, Nathan’s knowledge of global understanding exceeds the Welsh borders, having lived in London, parts of the US and Ecuador.
