Cynergy Bank Wins Prestigious Global Korn Ferry Award for Employee Engagement

The strength of Cynergy Bank’s culture and its focus on its people has been recognised globally – as the bank becomes one of only eight UK companies to win a Korn Ferry Engaged Performance Award.

The award honours employers who performed strongly in two categories – employee engagement and employee enablement – as measured through their recent people surveys.

The winners of the award are chosen based on employee responses to two key question statements which are proven measures of employee motivation, loyalty and well-being:

  • Engagement: I feel proud to work for the company. I would recommend the company as a good place to work.
  • Enablement: My job makes good use of my skills and abilities. Conditions in my job allow me to be as productive as I can be.

Korn Ferry analysis has shown that there is a direct correlation between an engaged and enabled workforce and financial performance.

Nick Fahy, Chief Executive Officer of Cynergy Bank, said:

“We are delighted to have been recognised as an Outstanding Employer in the third annual Global Korn Ferry Engaged Performance Awards. These Awards recognise organisations that have built best in class levels of engaged performance amongst employees. As one of only eight UK companies receiving this honour, we look forward to celebrating this award with our employees as it represents a fantastic endorsement of everything they bring to our success as a business.”
