Tenancy referencing firm, FCC Paragon, has launched a new service, RECREF, enabling them to perform pre and post-employment screening and background checks to both recruitment agencies and direct employers alike.
As well as general running costs, one of the biggest costs to any company is its employees. Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) predicts that every time a business replaces a salaried employee, it costs 6 to 9 months’ salary on average, therefore employing the right person from the outset can help organisations save thousands.
With over 25 years’ experience in the lettings industry carrying out referencing checks on tenants, FCC Paragon says they have witnessed all manner of ways in which applicants will stretch the truth when it comes to their employment references. As a result, they identified the need for a bespoke employment referencing service.
