Leading recruitment company, the Opus Professional Services Group, have out-done themselves on their employee reward schemes as they announce the giveaway of a Porsche Cayman at their Annual Sales Meeting.
The Sunday Times’ top recruitment employer will be awarding the sports car during their ‘Opus Annual Awards’, and will be presented to an employee who has performed at a level of excellence throughout 2015. The Opus Annual Awards recognise stand-out individuals and teams in the company and are nominated and voted for by their peers.
The international company have had an incredible year, not only as a service provider but as an employer; doubling their headcount globally and implementing a new wellness structure, which has seen the launch of sabbatical and an employee retreat.
As well as this, the company have hired a new Director of Wellness, who has been conducting seminars on mindfulness and wellbeing. Opus have also grown their HR and talent team for an even more inclusive training programme and career progression prospects to match.
The Porsche Cayman that will be awarded has had its specification chosen by the consultants themselves. Throughout 2015, the company have led a number of short and long-term incentives, which have all been chosen as a result of employee feedback.
The company have offices in London, Sydney, New York, Amsterdam and Bristol, and the reward is being made available to all staff, across all divisions and regions. With plans to expand further over 2016, the Opus Group plan to make a minimum of 200 global hires over the next 12 months.
