Heat Live Up to Their Name and Secure Place on List of the Hottest 100 Companies in the UK

Specialist recruitment agency Heat Recruitment has won national recognition as one of the best places to work after demonstrating a strong commitment to make happy employees a top priority.

Heat has been included in the ‘top 100 Best Companies to work for in the UK’ list after achieving Three Star Status following an extensive surveying process.

The ‘b-heard’ survey, taken by staff members, highlighted “extraordinary” levels of engagement with employees, who enjoy a wide range of wellbeing, holiday and financial benefits. Heat offer staff an array of perks but one of those highlighted were month-long sabbaticals for everyfive years of service.

Staff at Heat celebrated their win at the glamourous 100 Best Companies awards ceremony, held at Battersea Evolution on Wednesday 20th February.

Heat Recruitment has always placed a huge onus on wellness benefits and perks to support their staff and reward them for their hard work. Initiatives include, but aren’t limited to, a free on-site gym, ping-pong tables and competitive commission and bonus structures.

Each company listed in the Best Companies lists will be invited to celebrate their achievement and share the occasion via their social media channels on March 1st for Best Company’s Day. Heat Recruitment are no exception and have a multitude of special plans for their employees.

The success of Best Companies adds to a positive year for the business. From 2017 to 2018, Heat Recruitment have increased their retention rates from 64 per cent to 81 per cent. In 2018 alone, they awarded 28 promotions to their staff and are on track for further hiring growth.

On the achievement, Managing Director, Steve Preston says:

Operations Manager, James Ackland, has recently celebrated his 10th year in business with a month-long sabbatical, jungle trekking in Sri Lanka. Speaking of the company James says:
