Honorary Fellowship Awarded to Former MD of Liquid Personnel

A Recruitment lifer has been recognised for her significant contribution to the recruitment industry by the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (I.R.P.).

Former Managing Director of Liquid Personnel, Alison Humphries, has been awarded an Honorary Fellowship, which is given to I.R.P. members who go above and beyond what can be expected of their contribution to the industry. The I.R.P. is the individual membership subsidiary of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (R.E.C.), a non-profit organisation who promote excellence in the recruitment industry.

This year’s awards took place on 29th November at the Royal Lancaster London and saw seasoned recruiter Alison Humphries presented with the prestigious Honorary Fellowship – the highest accolade a member of the I.R.P. can receive.

Alison said:

“I feel truly privileged to have been awarded Honorary Fellowship from the Institute of Recruitment Professionals. The I.R.P. annual awards are an exceptional occasion, and to have been acknowledged has ended my year on a high”.

Alison’s recruitment industry wisdom has been built up over a career spanning 32 years of outstanding achievements.

Her experiences range from sitting on the boards of many different recruitment organisations and leading Liquid Personnel through a successful trade sale, to being Chief Examiner for the Diploma in Recruitment Practice for eighteen years, and creating her current consultancy business Recruitment Leadership.

Consequently, Alison’s unique ability to offer recruitment-specific business mentoring to accelerate growth while deftly guiding organisations through challenging transition periods contributed to recognition from the I.R.P.

Alison added:

“I am constantly striving to help those in the recruitment industry through my consulting business, Recruitment Leadership. I have always aimed to give back to the industry that has given me so many fantastic opportunities. Contributing to a well recognised and regulated suite of recruitment specific qualifications is a key part of that, providing a practical step to maintaining and raising standards.”.

Her clients can confidently agree. Nick Tappin, Director of Thornton Legal attests

“Alison has helped our business enormously. Her experience of the recruitment industry is second to none and she has been instrumental in helping us put together a clear strategy for growth over the next 1/3/5 years”.
