Following the successful demerger in of the groups in 2015, co-founders Adrian Treacy and James Parsons have now completed a share buy-out transaction which allows each to focus their individual energies on ICG Medical and Arrows Group Global respectively.
The entrepreneurs founded Arrows Group in 2003 which quickly grew to become a leading Technology recruitment business, now with operations in London, Amsterdam, Gurgaon, Munich and Singapore.
In 2005 Arrows started a healthcare division which grew exponentially. The healthcare division was rebranded as ICG Medical and now has several successful brands operating throughout the UK, India and Australia with further plans for international growth. Brands include Cromwell Medical Staffing, Imperial Medical Staffing and Care Cover Medical. Collectively, both groups have over 400 staff across the globe with sales in excess of £100m.
From June 2017 Adrian Treacy will become sole shareholder of ICG Medical and James Parsons will become sole shareholder of Arrows Group Global.
After 14 successful years, both Adrian and James would like to thank the all the staff, advisors and friends whose contribution has proven invaluable in building two leading businesses in their sectors.
