“Sadly, the closure of large restaurant and retail groups on the High Street is something we are seeing more commonly, in fact today more than a third of the UK’s top 100 restaurants are losing money. After hearing the news this week, it was our duty to step in and help. Losing your job suddenly means that you’re often thrust back into the job market unexpectedly and it can be incredibly overwhelming. At JOB TODAY, we get these challenges and we want to do what we can to help these people secure a new job as fast as possible.
“So, next week we’re clearing the calendars of a number of our careers experts so that they can connect with those affected personally. Whether it’s full-time, part-time, shift or casual work, we’ve really got it all and we truly think we can help many people out there get in front of employers in as little as 24-hours.”
Pairing their innovative mobile app with over 600,000 businesses that are advertising roles on the JOB TODAY platform, the brand is confident they will be able to connect these jobseekers with new job opportunities in as little as 24-hours.
