Cath was shortlisted following a whole host of exciting developments within the rapidly growing company over the last 12 months, including the creation of a range of new roles within the business, development of employees, securing many more high profile clients such as Longleat and Coveris, and a move to brand-new high-tech offices at New Vision Business Park in St Asaph, North Wales.

JVP Group support employers with their in-house recruitment strategies through a wide range of recruitment marketing, technology and time saving solutions.

Seen as a disruptor in the recruitment industry, JVP’s innovative solutions enable employers to save thousands on recruitment spend by directly attracting the best candidates on the market using the power of their employer brand.

Judges selected Cath Harrison as ‘Managing Director of the Year’, after taking into consideration positive feedback from employees and a high number of testimonials from employers on the high level of service received and effectiveness of recruitment campaigns.

Cath said:

“I’m delighted to have been recognised with such a prestigious award, it’s been an exciting year for the business and I’d like to dedicate it to whole team – their passion and dedication to ensuring we provide a service which is second to none and which gets results for our clients, is why we’ve been chosen as a winner at the Welsh SME Business Awards.”

Irfan Younis CEO of Creative Oceanic said:
