Leading professional services recruiter, Morgan McKinley, today announced a global recruitment drive to hire over 300 people over the next three years. This will take its current headcount from 800 to 1,100 people in 10 countries worldwide. Around 80 of these roles will be based in its headquarters in Ireland.
Morgan McKinley has had 20% year-on-year growth this year and has continued to grow substantially through new and improved service offerings within Banking and Financial Services, Accountancy, HR, Risk, Compliance, IT, Sales and Marketing. The group has seen strong growth in 2015 so far and the outlook going into 2016 remains very positive. The recruitment drive will support further expansion within existing markets in conjunction with additional international expansion opportunities. Morgan McKinley currently has operations in the UK, Ireland, Paris, Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai and Tokyo, Sydney and India.
