National Online Recruitment Awards are Hotting Up

The NORAS, the annual awards event for recruitment technology, are to be awarded later this month at a special event on 14th November in London. Among the coveted awards will be the Best Specialist Job Board award, which is being sponsored and presented by Jobtrain, the UK’s leading ATS provider.

The NORAs were established in 2001 and aims to shine a light on the very best examples of excellence in UK Recruitment. There are 13 awards, presented to job boards, Recruitment Agencies, publications and employers themselves. Jobtrain was delighted to have the opportunity to support and take part in the celebration of the very best solutions in the industry.

Chris Keeling, Owner and MD of Jobtrain commented:

“The NORAs state that they “are entirely dedicated to the continual improvement and evolution of the Candidate-Experience”. That is why we are passionate about supporting these particular awards. Whilst Jobtrain is widely seen as an innovative and highly supportive provider of ATS technology, what we are more focused on is ensuring that candidates are considered first and foremost. That means making the application process easy, user-friendly, engaging and stress-free. It is with awards like the NORAS that this intent is kept firmly in focus across the recruitment industry and that is why we are so happy to be part of this event.”

Stephen O’Donnell, Chairman of the NORAs said:

“The National Online Recruitment Awards are now in their 18th year, and seek to recognise excellence in online recruitment and technology. Given their stellar reputation in our sector, we are delighted to have Jobtrain join us as an award sponsor. The Best Specialist Job Board award is our most hotly contested prize, where there were initially 126 recruitment websites nominated by jobseekers themselves.”
