Octopus Wealth Appoints The Curve Group to Deliver an Exclusive HR Outsource Solution


The Curve Group, the UK’s largest privately-owned Recruitment and HR outsource provider, announces today that it has launched a new, exclusive HR Outsource solution for Octopus Wealth.

Octopus Wealth combines easy-to-use technology with the expertise of highly qualified financial advisers, to take the hassle out of money management – providing clients with a tailored financial plan and smart financial advice, on their terms. Its customers also benefit from being able to access the products and services of Octopus Investments, including its wide range of investment funds.

Octopus Wealth is part of the Octopus Group, which manages more than £7.7 billion on behalf of retail and institutional investors. Founded in 2000, the group has rapidly grown with now over 950 employees and operates in a number of innovative, entrepreneurial businesses in sectors such as venture capital, wealth management, property financing, healthcare infrastructure and renewable energy investments.

The Curve Group will provide Octopus Wealth with a configurable HR Outsource solution which includes a full HR administration service, delivering end to end administrative management of staff documentation throughout the entire employee lifecycle; plus a phone and email-based HR advice line for Line Managers through which they will be provided with expert Employee Relations support. The Curve Group has also supported Octopus Wealth to implement an HR technology solution to compliment the solution.
