The final list was announced at the Best Companies Awards celebration in London on Wednesday 20th February.
This highly competitive list spotlights the top 100 small companies with the highest Best Companies Index scores. Organisations must employ at least 50 full-time employees and achieve outstanding scores across all aspects of the BC scoring matrix.
Oscar are recognised for their employee communication, the strength of their team culture, the coaching and mentoring offered to employees and their charity-focused ethos.
