Alastair Millar and Joe Brown are launching The Infinity Recruitment Group.
Their new venture will offer recruitment start-ups finance, as well as tailored back office support. Having grown Peopleforce into a multi-million-pound business within just five years, the co-founders are now keen to guide other start-ups through the difficulties they once faced – all for a negotiable share of equity.
The pair plan to partner with recruiters from a variety of sectors, building investment and back office packages tailored to each business. All start-ups and joint venture partners will receive at least 25% equity in their new company, making them a primary shareholder and giving them a seat on the board.
Speaking on the launch of The Infinity Recruitment Group, Joe Brown, co-founder said
“We know all too well how difficult and time-consuming it can be to deal with the day-to-day of running a company. I know that if we’d been given the opportunity to focus more on building the business – especially in the early stages – we could have scaled up even faster”.
Alastair Millar, co-founder, added:
“After investing heavily in our own business, we now want to offer other people the chance to benefit from our experience and infrastructure. Having a stake in your company is what drives you to push the boundaries and exceed your clients’ expectations, which is why we want to give this opportunity to the next generation of recruiters”.
