PMP Recruitment won “Best Back-Office Support Team of the Year” at the Recruitment and Employment Confederation’s (REC) eleventh annual IRP Awards.
The IRP awards celebrate professional excellence and the inspirational work carried out by the recruitment industry’s brightest stars. In all, ninety-three outstanding individuals and businesses were shortlisted across eighteen different categories such as newcomer of the year and best company to work for.
The winners were announced at the IRP Awards ceremony on Wednesday 27 November 2019 at The Royal Lancaster Hotel.
PMP Recruitment is part of Cordant Group, the UK’s largest Social Business and had been nominated for two awards, “Best Company to Work For (over 150 employees)” and “Best Back-Office Support Team of the Year”. The judges were impressed by “how agile and responsive the back office team of PMP is, both in marketing and HR.”
REC chief executive Neil Carberry said:
“In uncertain times, brilliant recruiters set themselves apart. The IRP Awards recognise this – being shortlisted for the IRP Awards is a huge achievement in itself and a cause for celebration, well done to you all! To those of you who have made it into the winner’s hall of fame, congratulations!
“The skill and professionalism shown by our winners are at the heart of our economy – since our tenth anniversary party last year, many politicians have told me that they understand how important recruiters are to the prosperity of the whole UK.”
PMP Recruitment managing director Jamie Reynolds said:
“Another very proud night at the IRP Awards, we are over the moon to have won best back office team of the year. We have a wonderful team of back office experts supporting the development of our brilliant business and to see recognition against our industry peers is a huge achievement.”
