At a time when chatbots and AI are the buzzwords in marketing, one International Recruitment Agency is re-invigorating their email campaigns with significant benefits.

An email marketing solution adopted by innovative recruitment agency Boston Link has shown increased click through rates up to 750% above industry average.

Analysis of the results has shown that this significant increase in engagement has continued through the sales funnel with CV uploads from email referrals now outperforming organic and paid social traffic.

FlipRSS, the solution employed by Boston Link, works alongside their existing email service to enable the automation of multiple RSS feeds. Each job category on their website has its own RSS feed which is mapped using FlipRSS to subscriber preferences. This has given Boston Link the ability to deliver highly personalised content experiences for their subscribers without having to do anything beyond the initial set up.

Graeme Brooks, Group Marketing Manager for The Boston Group added,

“We were looking for a solution that would increase the value we offered our email subscribers and ultimately the number and quality of applications we receive for vacancies.”

Mr Brooks went on to add,

“FlipRSS has increased our email open and click through rates significantly with CTR 750% above industry average. Importantly we have been able to do this without losing the personal touch in our subscriber emails and delivering only the content our subscribers wish to receive on an individual basis.”

FlipRSS was developed to automate the delivery of interest-based content in email marketing. The automation of multiple RSS feeds in newsletters is not easy through existing email software and so FlipRSS has been developed to integrate with leading email-marketing solutions Mailchimp and Campaign Monitor.
