Lincoln-based recruitment business, Ambitions Personnel, has invested £100,000 into new software to streamline its back-office processes.
The software, provided by global technology firm, e-recruit will improve client and candidate experience across the company’s 11 national branches.

The Adapt software provides a customer relationship management platform, as well as an innovative workforce management system.
This means businesses looking to recruit quickly and working alongside Ambitions Personnel will now benefit from faster turnaround times, as the platform makes it easier to find available candidates with the relevant skills and experience.
“Part of our overall strategy is to meet all of our candidates face to face and take the time to understand what they are looking for.
