Robert Walters has reported its seventh successive quarter of net fee income (NFI) growth in constant currency, with Group NFI up 11% year-on-year and UK NFI up 14% year-on-year. Publishing its third quarter results the Group confirmed growth rates were strongest in financial services and legal and its Resource Solutions business delivered a number of new client wins during Q3, while continuing to produce strong net fee income growth. There was a good performance in Europe with NFI up 15% in constant currency and The Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and Ireland all continued to produce strong net fee income growth. Contract recruitment in France continued to be active however permanent remained muted.
Asia Pacific net fee income grew 9% in constant currency and emerging markets continued to deliver impressive rates of growth with Indonesia, Taiwan, Korea and Vietnam the standout performers. The Group’s larger and well-established businesses in Asia, most notably Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand and Malaysia also produced solid performances.
Australia delivered a fourth successive quarter of net fee income growth in constant currency and other international business, comprising the US, Middle East, South Africa and Brazil, saw NFI up 4% in constant currency.
