Simply Jobs Boards is celebrating its 15th anniversary in business this year.

Simply was originally founded by CEO Ian Partington in 2003. Specialising in niche job boards in a number of industries, the Preston office opened for business.

Now, 15 years on from Simply’s launch, the UK business has grown from strength to strength in Preston, now made up of 14 niche job boards, including Aviation Job Search, InAutomotive and Simply Law Jobs.

Ian Partington said:

“15 years ago I set up Simply Jobs Boards from a dingy office in Preston, on my own. Now it’s a business turning over millions and employing over 50 people in Preston and beyond. It’s been a great journey so far that has had plenty of ups and downs, each of which has taught me valuable lessons.”

“I have, and still do, work with some great people who have helped me grow the business to where it is today.”

“I still have a lot more to do to get the business to where I want it to be, both in the UK and internationally, but now I will be taking some time to reflect on the last 15 years and then get straight back to looking to the future.”

Over the past 3 years, Rachel has been working specifically within the digital marketing space and has worked with some of the country’s top brands. Drawing on her knowledge and experience, Rachel has developed a genuine understanding of how content can engage and compel an audience.

Rachel is responsible for every aspect of web management, marketing and overall production of the Recruitment Buzz brand and is often called upon for her skills and knowledge of WordPress, email marketing software and social media tools.

Rachel works closely with the Recruitment Buzz editorial team and certainly recognises a good story when she sees one!
