Talentmark, a specialist and executive recruitment solutions provider to the global life sciences market, announces the appointment of Patricia “Patti” Hall as Vice President, as the firm continues its strategic growth in the US.
Patti is a highly accomplished executive recruiter who joins Talentmark from QLK, where she led the Life Sciences Practice. She has also previously held key positions at Heidrick & Struggles and Korn/Ferry and has over 20 years’ experience in life sciences search, having conducted over 300 searches across the healthcare spectrum, from biotech start-ups through to global, public entities.
Patti will be based in Chicago and will report to Chris Coe, EVP, Executive Search.
Patti will be working very closely with Peter Kaplan, who joined Talentmark in 2018 and who has already established a strong presence for the Talentmark brand. Patti and Peter, with support from Konrad Zappler, an Executive Search Delivery Consultant based in Austin, Texas, will continue to drive the business forward, to deliver on Talentmark’s ambitious growth strategy for 2020.
