Established Peterborough-based recruitment agency, Recruit Mint, has appointed two specialist recruitment consultants, Angelina Sniadkowska and Colette Pearson, to bolster its industrial team. Building upon the 20 percent growth achieved by the agency in 2018, the new recruits will join the team in driving forward a new phase of strategic development.

Sniadkowska joins Recruit Mint with an impressive track record of success across her nine years in the recruitment industry, working with companies such as Caterpillar and Serco.

Sniadkowska, who was attracted by Recruit Mint’s different approach to recruitment, said:

“I am delighted to be joining a recruitment agency with values that are aligned with my own ethics. While most recruitment firms aim to achieve “good enough” when it comes to selecting candidates, Recruit Mint is different in that it truly strives to improve lives – for both the employer and the jobseeker.”

Both new recruits bring experience of working at both high-street agencies and on-site account management. Prior to joining Recruit Mint, Pearson worked as a Resourcer at large corporate BGL and is particularly passionate about the recruitment industry because she likes to help people through the daunting time of the job search.

At Recruit Mint, each consultant is a specialist in their own field, recruiting in technical, industrial and commercial sectors. The agency believes that it’s people who make the difference between a satisfactory business and a great business, and follows a 17-step process with every new client and candidate.

Director at Recruit Mint, Aaron Bowes said:

“We are proud that Recruit Mint can attract high calibre consultants. We are excited to see the team grow and look forward to leveraging both Angelina and Colette’s experience for our clients and candidates in the industrial sector, where staff are the backbone to success for companies. We know that when a company gets the details right with key roles, it has a formidable foundation on which it can grow its business.”
