Unilever to Partner with Business Disability Forum on Disability Inclusion

Unilever is strengthening its commitment to disability inclusion today by becoming an official Partner of the leading membership and business advice organisation, Business Disability Forum.

Business Disability Forum aims to transform the life chances and experiences of disabled people by helping businesses remove barriers and harness the talent and spending power of disabled people. The organisation provides expert advice and training to help organisations recruit and retain disabled employees and serve disabled customers.

Global fast-moving consumer goods company, Unilever has been a member of the non-profit business and disability organisation since July 2018.

Unilever is committed to be the #1 employer of choice for persons with disabilities by 2025. As part of this, Unilever has worked with Business Disability Forum to develop a global disability inclusion programme that aims to engage and equip colleagues working across the 190 countries in which it operates.

Unilever also plays a leading role on Business Disability Forum’s Global Taskforce. The taskforce helps businesses develop and implement disability inclusion strategies at a global level.
