Out of some very solid competition Venturi received the recognition and has been invited to attend the Global Recruiter Award Ceremony which takes place on 25th June 2015 in London’s Café de Paris. The award ceremony, which boasts the strap line “Honouring the Industry’s Finest” is unique as it is judged by a team of experts drawn from the industry itself.
The Global Recruiter has said, “Each category sets out to record and reward the very best practice in the industry. These awards identify the best of the best from the current UK recruitment industry according to clear criteria” which includes employee testimonials.
Danny Oakes one of Venturi’s newest recruits said “I would say to anyone who asks about Venturi that you couldn’t join a more welcoming and supportive environment with tailored training to make you a success.”
Venturi’s newly appointed Head of Talent, Priya Gathani said when asked on her feelings about the news, “I am absolutely thrilled with the recognition Venturi has received. We spend a vast amount of time developing our training programmes with the help of our partners “The Recruitment Training Group” and are confident that we now have an unrivalled, industry leading learning environment and training programme designed to get the most from the top talent we are attracting. We passionately believe in investing in the training, support and development of our talent to ensure they achieve their full potential and ultimately both their internal and external goals.”
Ian Knowlson Co-Founder and Director of The Recruitment Training Group comments, “As Venturi’s Training Partners, Jo Gregory and I are delighted that Venturi has been publicly recognised for their hard work and efforts in developing a leading edge, bespoke training academy which has seen over a dozen new industry recruits in the past 12 months become successful IT Recruiters.”
When asked why Venturi invest so heavily in the training and development of their staff Brad Lamb, Venturi’s MD said, “A truly dynamic business in any industry, must continually evolve and never standstill. It is vital to constantly invest in every aspect of the business to compete at the very highest levels. Recruitment is truly a people business and investing in our people from the start of their careers and throughout is something we are extremely passionate about. If we can attract and retain great people we have every chance of achieving great things.”
Venturi is known in the Cheshire and Manchester area for providing an unsurpassed working environment and culture. Even with one of the lowest staff turnovers in the industry they are still always looking to grow and develop their talent. The start of the new financial year has been a great one for them so far with exciting projects on the horizon for a very successful 2015.
