Worcestershire Recruitment Firm Workforce Announces Management Promotions


In a run of senior promotions, a Worcestershire recruitment firm has unveiled a new team of managers within its three branches in the county.

Workforce Staffing, which recently announced plans for an investment in digital recruitment technology, has revealed the three people who will lead the teams working across its branches in Kidderminster, Worcester and Redditch.

Lucy Cotterill will lead the recruitment and training services provided at Workforce’s branch in Worcester’s Foregate Street, as well as the firm’s new interview and selection recruitment centre in neighbouring Kidderminster.

Lucy has been with Workforce since August 2014, working as a logistics recruitment consultant before rising to senior account manager, deputy branch manager, and then Kidderminster branch manager. She now takes on responsibility for both Kidderminster and Worcester.

Lina Nareikiene has been promoted from divisional manager to Workforce’s Redditch branch manager, overseeing the company’s busy Church Street site. She has been with the company for six years, rising from a trainee recruitment consultant, through to senior account manager and holding a divisional recruitment role.

Completing the firm’s trio of appointments in the county is Inna Shipley, who has returned from maternity leave to become operations manager, overseeing all daily branch operations. Inna has been with Workforce since 2011, starting as a front of house resourcer. She has gone on to hold various roles including payroll co-ordinator, account manager and branch manager.

Workforce director of compliance, quality and training Trudy Harding said:
